Our pharmacy offers a full dispensing service to In-patients and Outpatients covering:
- All private prescriptions
- Advice and drug information
- Discharge counselling service
- Postal prescription service to the UK and abroad
- Sourcing and supplying drugs from abroad
- Over-the-counter sales of non-prescription drugs
HCA Medication Policy
The HCA Medication Policy provides a framework to ensure best practice within the HCA hospitals. It is be used in conjunction with corporate and local policies and procedures, such as the Antibiotic Guidelines. A copy of the policy can be found on our website and is also available on request from the Pharmacy Manager. In particular please refer to section 1: Drug Prescribing
